Houses are defined as residential trailers of category O2, they have a license plate, EČV and VIN number. Thanks to this, you do not need a building plot or to carry out permitting processes at the authorities.

Houses are advantageous in that VAT can be deducted and there is also the possibility of 6 annual depreciations, as with a car. The return on investment is in the range of 3 to 5 years.
