The Tiny Houses EU brand emerged in 2023 as a natural development of the business story. What started as a dream of enthusiasts in the sale and rental of small mobile and static houses (Tiny Houses) has grown into a sustainable alternative accommodation solution.

The Tiny Houses EU brand was created, which sells and rents attractive small houses not only on wheels. The solution creates a place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and a place to spend your free time in a unique way that is a little different.

The project reflects on a certain change in travel habits, limited travel options, or a stronger need to spend time outside in the fresh air. Luxury camping is becoming more and more popular. No wonder, glamping gives the real "outdoor" feeling that cannot be compared with a hotel room or apartment

Homologated mobile homes on wheels

Thanks to these mobile homes with the benefits of a caravan and the comfort of a hotel, you can start your business in just 60 days. Houses are defined as residential trailers of category O2, they have a license plate, EČV and VIN number. Thanks to this, you do not need a building plot or to carry out permitting processes at the authorities.

Houses are advantageous in that VAT can be deducted and there is also the possibility of 6 annual depreciations, as with a car. The return on investment is in the range of 3 to 5 years.

Our houses offer a unique opportunity to spend an unforgettable vacation with the full comfort of an apartment. Guests are accommodated in the perfect comfort of a "tiny house", with air conditioning, complete house equipment, where they can fully enjoy the surrounding environment and at the same time have at their disposal a luxurious bedroom, living room, kitchen and, last but not least, a bathroom with toilet. Guests are not dependent on tents, shared showers and toilets, or commuting to the main building for these services.

The concept is easily applicable on most plots of land, and as a result, with minimal investment in permitting procedures and a minimum of legislative barriers, a high-quality holiday resort meeting world quality standards can be launched.
